Which size do I need? How to measure

The Elbow Brace is available in sizes XS-S, M-L and L-XL. As with Floky's other arm products, you determine the size based on the circumference of your upper arm (bicep).

Measuring in 3 steps

• Extend your arm fully and relax your muscles (do not flex your bicep).
• Wrap a tape measure around the thickest part of your upper arm.
• Do not pull the tape tight: it should just touch the skin without pressing in. Note the circumference in centimeters.
