You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
  • All tags must be attached and the original packaging included.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Once the seal of a padel racket has been removed, the product is no longer refundable.

For returns not due to a defect or damage, we will refund the purchase amount minus return shipping costs. Damaged or unacceptable items cannot be refunded.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return label and shipping instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or wrong items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (such as balls)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return your original order and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
