NOX ML10 Hexa padel shoes

The NOX ML10 Hexa is the choice of Miguel Lamperti, one of the most charismatic and popular players on the professional circuit. Lamperti is known for his energy, movement speed and his ability to create points from difficult positions. The ML10 Hexa is therefore built around lightness, freedom of movement and explosiveness, with the same certified technological foundation as the AT10 range.

What sets the ML10 Hexa apart

  • Unreinforced mesh upper: where the AT10 models have a more reinforced upper for structure and stability, the ML10 Hexa opts for a lightweight, unreinforced mesh that gives maximum ventilation and flexibility. The shoe breathes better and moves more with the foot. The trade-off is slightly less rigidity under lateral load.
  • Lightweight construction: the ML10 Hexa weighs approximately 340-360 grams per shoe (size 42), making it one of the lighter models in the NOX range. That translates into less fatigue during longer sessions and faster footwork.
  • Ortholite inner insole: antimicrobial and moisture-regulating. Keeps the foot fresher during long sessions and warm weather conditions.

Miguel Lamperti and the ML10

The ML10 range carries the initials of Miguel Lamperti. The shoe is tuned to his playing style: dynamic, energetic and with a lot of movement along the glass walls. The hexagonal design elements in the upper are a visual reference to his personality on the court.

Shared NOX technology across all models

  • AGG (Advanced Gravity Geometry): elevated heel-to-toe drop. The heel sits higher than the forefoot. This facilitates the waiting posture of a padel player and makes explosive starts easier. At the same time it reduces tension on the calf muscle with every start, which lowers the risk of calf muscle tears and plantar fasciitis.
  • Lateral Support: increased sole contact area with the court on the sides. During lateral movement the foot has a wider support base, reducing the risk of ankle rolling.
  • AbraXone: internal lateral reinforcement element that resists wear and extends the stability of the shoe. Positioned on the inside of the upper on the zones most prone to abrasion during padel movements.
  • Popcorn EVA + Phylon midsole: the outsole is built from EVA with a popcorn structure, mounted using the Strobel method. Above that a low-density Phylon midsole. This combination delivers shock absorption and energy return simultaneously.
  • Clinical validation: all NOX padel shoes are certified by INESCOP (the Spanish footwear technology institute) and medically validated by podiatrist Marta Rueda.

ML10 Hexa vs AT10 LUX: which for whom?

  • ML10 Hexa: for players who prioritise lightness and ventilation over maximum rigidity. Players who move fast, rotate a lot and want to give their foot a lot of freedom.
  • AT10 LUX: for players who want maximum clinical support and a snug, close fit. Slightly more structure and protection.
  • Noene insoles: the extra protection layer

NOX builds good shock absorption into their shoes. But on courts with a hard base and thin fibres vibration energy still comes through. Noene insoles absorb up to 96 percent of those vibrations preventively. We recommend Noene to every player as an additional buffer alongside a good NOX shoe.
