Adidas Courtquick Padel Shoes
Adidas Courtquick padel shoes
The Adidas Courtquick is the more accessible sibling of the Crazyquick. Where the Crazyquick is built for attacking advanced players who want the maximum, the Courtquick positions itself as the comfort-first padel shoe: light, versatile and suited to players who play regularly without the high intensity of a competitive player. It is the shoe for the player who wants to move well, play comfortably and not think about their shoe.
Technologies in the Adidas Courtquick
- Bounce midsole: van Adidas versatile cushioning material. Bounce is softer and more flexible than BOOST. It gives a pleasant, lightly springy feel with every step and holds its properties well over longer playing time. Less energy return than BOOST but more comfortable for prolonged use.
- Cloudfoam padding: additional softer layer that feels comfortable from the very first touch. Cloudfoam sits in the collar and lining and provides a pleasant, comfortable step-in feel. Great for players who are sensitive to pressure points.
- Slingframe construction: the same stability frame as in the Crazyquick. Provides support during direction changes and rotations without restricting the foot.
- Adiwear outsole: a durable rubber compound specifically developed for padel courts. Adiwear is more wear-resistant than standard rubber on the zones most heavily loaded: the toe and heel.
- Adituff toe: reinforced zone on the toe of the shoe that protects against wear during stops.
- Lightweight textile upper: breathable mesh that keeps feet cool during long sessions and flexible enough for quick footwork.
Courtquick vs Crazyquick: which for whom?
- Courtquick: for intermediate players who look for comfort and versatility. One to two sessions per week, recreational to lightly competitive, and a preference for a shoe that feels comfortable throughout the entire session.
- Crazyquick: for advanced and attacking players who prioritise maximum responsiveness and performance over comfort. Two or more sessions per week, competitive play.
Durability and sustainability
Both Adidas padel shoes contain at least 20 percent recycled material. Adidas incorporates recycled materials in the upper and intermediate layers without compromising performance.
Who is the Adidas Courtquick for?
The Courtquick is the ideal first serious padel shoe for players who want to make the step from running shoes or generic trainers. The Bounce and Cloudfoam combination makes it comfortable even for players not yet accustomed to the intense movement patterns of padel. The Adiwear sole gives durability suited to regular use.
Noene insoles: also with the Atomik
The Atomik has good shock absorption, but on courts with a hard base and thin fibres vibration energy still comes through. Noene insoles absorb up to 96 percent of those vibrations preventively. We recommend Noene to every player, even if you already have good shoes.
