When will my order arrive?
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.
Estimated delivery times:
- The Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days
- Rest of Europe: 1–3 business days
- Outside Europe: 2–5 business days
Can I change or cancel my order?

How can I return an item?
You can request a return within 14 days after receiving your order by contacting support@padelshop.com. Please make sure your product meets our return conditions. More information can be found on our Return Policy page.
