Do you feel a nagging pain on the outside of your elbow after a few games of padel? Or does it radiate down into your forearm, making gripping, squeezing or hitting a backhand more and more uncomfortable? You are far from alone. Elbow and forearm pain is one of the most common complaints among padel players, and it almost always develops in the same way: through the thousands of tiny vibrations that shoot through your racket into the tendons and muscles around your elbow with every ball you hit. The Floky Elbow Sleeve is built for exactly this problem.

What problem does the Floky Elbow Sleeve solve?

In padel, your arm absorbs a constant stream of micro-shocks. Every ball you strike, every mistimed shot and every hard smash sends a vibration through your racket into your wrist, forearm and elbow. A single vibration is harmless, but repeated thousands of times they overload the tendons attached to your elbow. That is exactly the mechanism behind the two most common arm injuries in padel:

  • Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis): pain on the outside of the elbow, often triggered by backhands and by gripping or lifting.
  • Golfer's elbow (medial epicondylitis): pain on the inside of the elbow, more often linked to forehands and topspin.

The Floky Elbow Sleeve addresses the cause rather than just the symptom. Through targeted compression and biomechanical reinforcement around the elbow and forearm, it stabilizes the tendons and absorbs a large share of the harmful vibrations before they reach your joint. According to the manufacturer's measurements, the sleeve reduces total vibrations by more than 30 percent compared to a bare arm. Fewer vibrations means less irritation of the tendons, and therefore a lower risk of inflammation, pain and downtime.

Already dealing with complaints? The compression helps relieve and support the overloaded structures while you play, so you can keep enjoying padel while your arm gets the room it needs to recover. No complaints yet but playing a lot? This is exactly the kind of prevention that stops a small irritation from turning into an injury that keeps you off the court for weeks.

How does the sleeve actually work?

The Floky Elbow Sleeve combines four working principles in one thin, breathable sleeve:

  • Targeted compression: the snug fit around the elbow and forearm stabilizes the tendons and muscles, so they vibrate and shift less during explosive movements.
  • Biomechanical Tape System: built-in silicone bands follow the natural shape of your forearm muscles, similar to the effect of kinesiology tape. This dampens shocks and keeps the muscles in place.
  • Vibration reduction: by absorbing the shocks before they reach the tendons, you reduce the irritation that leads to inflammation and pain.
  • F.I.R. material and better circulation: the technical fabric works with your body heat, keeps the area at a constant temperature and stimulates blood flow. Good circulation helps flush out waste products and speeds up recovery after play.

The result is an arm that feels more stable, tires less quickly and recovers faster after a match. It is no surprise that top padel and tennis players choose this type of biomechanical sleeve.

How to use the Floky Elbow Sleeve

  • Slide the sleeve up over your hand until the middle of the sleeve sits right over your elbow. The forearm and the tendon attachments should be fully covered.
  • Wear the sleeve during play or training for stability and vibration damping. Many players also keep it on after the match to support recovery.
  • The sleeve is interchangeable between left and right: you can wear the same sleeve on either arm without any problem.
  • The sleeve should feel snug but comfortable. It should not pinch or cut off circulation, and it should not slide down. If it does not sit right, try a different size.

Which size do I need? How to measure

With a compression sleeve, the right size matters more than most people think. Too loose and the compression and vibration damping will not work properly, too tight and it pinches and slides down. Floky bases the size on the circumference of your upper arm (bicep), because the top edge of the sleeve needs to seal there to stay in place.

Measuring in 3 steps

  • Extend your arm fully and relax your muscles (do not flex your bicep).
  • Wrap a tape measure around the thickest part of your upper arm.
  • Do not pull the tape tight: it should just touch the skin without pressing in. Note the circumference in centimeters.

Size chart

Size Upper arm circumference
T1 (XS-S) 22 to 24 cm
T2 (M-L) 25 to 29 cm
T3 (L-XL) 30 to 34 cm
T4 (XXL) 35 to 39 cm

Right between two sizes? Choose the smaller size for firmer compression and support, or the larger size if you mainly want comfort and freedom of movement.

Frequently asked questions

How many sleeves are in the pack?

The pack contains 1 sleeve.

Can I wear the sleeve on both my left and right arm?

Yes. The sleeve is interchangeable and can be worn on either arm without any problem.

Does the sleeve help against tennis elbow?

The sleeve is designed to stabilize the tendons around the elbow and reduce vibrations, two key factors in the development of tennis elbow. As a result, it can help relieve complaints and lower the risk of overload. For persistent or severe pain, it is wise to also consult a (sports) physiotherapist or doctor.

Which sports is the sleeve suitable for?

The sleeve is ideal for sports that put heavy strain on the arm, such as padel, tennis, badminton, squash and weight training.

Can I wear the sleeve even if I have no complaints yet?

Absolutely. Many players use the sleeve preventively, to stay ahead of overload when they play often or intensively.

The Floky Elbow Sleeve is a supportive sports aid and not a medical treatment. If you have persistent, severe or increasing pain, we recommend consulting a doctor or (sports) physiotherapist for personal advice.
