Warranty policy
Warranty claim? This is how to submit it (required)
Do you think your product has a defect or falls under warranty? Always report it by email first:
What we need from you in the email
Please include at least the following (incomplete claims may not be processed):
- Order number
- A short description of the issue + when it started
- Photos of the entire product (always required):
- front
- bottom
- top
- all sides (left/right + if applicable front/back edges)
- Clear close-up photos of the damage (multiple angles, good lighting)
- For padel rackets: if possible, include the serial number (photo or write it in the email)
Tip: Add one photo from a distance showing the full product in one frame this helps with assessment.
Important: stop using the product if you suspect a defect
If you suspect a defect, do not continue using the product. Continued use can worsen the damage and may make it difficult (or impossible) to determine the original cause.
Damage that can be shown to have worsened due to continued use may be (partly or fully) excluded from warranty handling.
Do not return anything without instructions
Do not send the product back until you receive our confirmation and return instructions. Unauthorized returns, unpaid shipments, or parcels without identifying information may cause delays or may not be processed.
How we assess your claim
- We use your information and photos to submit an official claim to our supplier/brand (or to determine if we need more information).
- The final decision may depend on brand/supplier criteria and/or a physical inspection.
- If further review is required, we may request additional photos or ask you to send the product in for inspection.
Padel rackets: what is usually not accepted
Padel rackets are high-performance products and are sensitive to impact damage. Damage caused by impact is almost never considered a manufacturing defect.
Examples that are typically not covered/accepted:
- contact with glass, fencing, net posts, the floor/ground
- collision with another player or another racket
- cracks that start on the outside of the frame or clear impact marks (dents/scratches) on the frame
- damage caused by heat/sun exposure (e.g., left in a car), improper storage, or misuse
- normal wear and tear / signs of use (paint, protector strip, grip, etc.)
Why? Brands assess the fracture pattern and visible marks to determine whether it points to a manufacturing defect or to impact/usage.
Padel shoes: guideline up to 3 months
With padel shoes, true material or manufacturing defects usually become visible relatively quickly. Therefore, in practice we typically handle shoe claims as follows:
- Within 3 months of purchase: we can usually assess this as a potential manufacturing defect (under normal use).
- After 3 months: claims are, in practice, often (but not always) related to wear and tear or use.
Examples that are usually considered wear/use rather than a defect:
- worn outsole / loss of tread
- damage from dragging, heavy use, or using the wrong surface
- tearing caused by friction, incorrect drying, or improper maintenance
Possible outcomes
Depending on the assessment by us and/or the brand, the solution may include repair, replacement, or another appropriate resolution. This can vary by brand, product, and situation.
