Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, it’s processed right away. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp: +31 6 29754755.
Can I apply a discount after placing my order?
Unfortunately, we can’t apply discount codes or adjust prices after an order has been placed. Please make sure your discount code is applied before completing checkout.

Do I need to pay import duties?
For non-EU countries, import duties/taxes may apply. At checkout, an app can automatically calculate and include these charges in the total price. Please note that we do not control these amounts.
If the total seems high, this is typically due to the agreements and regulations set by the governments in our country and yours. We keep our product prices competitive and as sharp as possible.
