How does this racket play?
The sweetspot of a diamond shape is small and sits high on the face. Hit the ball there and you get maximum return on smash and vibora. Hit it lower or to the side and you noticeably lose pace. This makes a diamond more demanding than a hybrid, but if you have the technique it rewards you with a level of explosiveness that other shapes cannot match.
On the Extreme Motion the gain sits in the combination of high balance (270 mm) with a lighter weight (360 grams) and a softer core (62 on our scale). You still have the attacking leverage of a head-heavy diamond, but the racket moves more fluidly through your swing and absorbs slightly more vibration on impact.
