Starvie padel rackets
StarVie padel rackets
StarVie was founded in 2002 and is one of the few padel brands that manufactures entirely in Spain. The brand has been focused on padel since the beginning, which means over two decades of exclusive development in racket technology, materials and performance. What distinguishes StarVie is a combination of handcrafted Spanish manufacturing, investment in their own innovation centre called STARVIE Labs, and a commitment to using technologies like Anti-Vibe, the Dynamic Star balance system and Full Plane Effect that give players genuine control over how their racket feels and behaves.
StarVie works with professional players including Sanyo Gutierrez, Tamara Icardo and Alex Corretja. Their signature models reflect a high-performance philosophy built on precision, comfort and Spanish craftsmanship.
At PadelShop.com you will find a curated selection of StarVie 2026 rackets. Below we explain every model and family.
The StarVie padel racket lines explained
Black Titan — the most powerful model in the 2026 range
The Black Titan 2026 is StarVie's most aggressive and powerful racket. Its diamond shape, high balance and hard EVA Power core create the highest ball output and striking power in the StarVie collection. The 24K Master carbon construction gives it exceptional rigidity and precision. The Anti-Vibe system reduces vibrations to protect joints, and the Dynamic Star system allows you to adjust the balance of the racket using an interchangeable weight. Built for advanced players who want maximum performance and are ready to commit to the demands of a top-end diamond racket.
Available in: StarVie Black Titan 2026.
Raptor+ — versatile all-round for advanced players
The Raptor+ 2026 is one of the most versatile models in the StarVie range. It uses a teardrop shape and medium balance that adapts easily to both offensive and defensive situations. The 3D Carbon surface reinforces the structure and minimises deformation on impact, while the M-EVA Balance core provides a medium touch that optimises ball output, control and comfort. Two key technologies define this model: Anti-Vibe for vibration reduction and the Dynamic Star system for adjustable balance. The Raptor+ is used by professional player Sergi Bruguera and is known for total control with excellent ball output.
Available in: StarVie Raptor+ 2026.
Triton Power — diamond shape for attacking players
Triton Power is the attacking variant within the Triton family. Its diamond shape and high balance are designed for players who want powerful smashes and a racket that rewards aggressive play. It sits alongside the Triton Balance in the family, which offers a more moderate balance point for players who want the power of the Triton with more forgiveness in defence.
Available in: StarVie Triton Power 2026, StarVie Triton Balance 2026.
Metheora — the professional flagship
The Metheora is StarVie's most iconic performance line and has been associated with professional player Mati Diaz. The Metheora PRO Special Edition uses EVA 50, a hard foam core that delivers extra power on volleys and smashes with precise ball placement on fast strokes. 3K Carbon frame construction and 3D rough blade for spin and control. This is a racket for advanced players with good technical skills who want professional-level performance. Only 100 units of the Special Edition were produced.
Available in: StarVie Metheora PRO Special Edition.
Astrum — versatile with a comfortable character
The Astrum+ 2026 is positioned as a versatile and accessible model for players who want a good mix of power and control without the most demanding feel. It uses a hybrid shape and softer core for a comfortable playing experience with good ball output across a range of shot types.
Polaris — round shape for control-first players
The Polaris 2026 uses a round shape and lightweight construction, making it a natural choice for players who prioritise control, easy handling and consistency. It has a large sweet spot that covers almost the entire face and is suited to players who build their game around placement and defensive reliability.
Nyra — designed for women
The Nyra is specifically designed for women who want a lightweight, manageable racket with a comfortable feel. Its reduced weight and softer touch make it well suited to players who play frequently and want a racket that supports their technique without loading the arm.

Sweet spot, shape and what it means for your game
The shape of a padel racket determines where the sweet spot is located and how the racket behaves in different game situations. This matters for every player, regardless of level. Playing style, position on court and technique are more decisive than your ranking.
- Round racket: the sweet spot covers almost the entire face. Very forgiving and consistent on shots at different heights. Round rackets are not only for beginners. The shape relates to playing style, not level. Many advanced players deliberately choose a round racket because it fits a control-oriented, patient style of play.
- Teardrop racket: the sweet spot sits mid-high in the face. This combines control at lower heights with more power on higher, attacking shots. Well suited to all-round players who want both consistency and punch.
- Hybrid racket: the hybrid shape combines elements of the teardrop and diamond. The sweet spot sits slightly higher than on a teardrop, but is larger than on a diamond. Versatile for players who want power and control without committing fully to one direction. The hybrid shape generally asks for at least an intermediate level of technique.
- Diamond racket: the sweet spot sits high in the face and is smaller. Maximum striking power on smashes and high volleys, but requires consistent technique to hit the sweet spot reliably. Diamond rackets are suited to advanced and professional players.
Key StarVie technologies
- Anti-Vibe: a vibration reduction system built into the racket structure that absorbs shock on impact and reduces the load transferred to the elbow and wrist. This is one of the most significant injury-prevention technologies in the StarVie range and is present across the 2026 lineup.
- Dynamic Star: an adjustable balance system that allows players to customise the racket's balance by moving an interchangeable star-shaped weight. This lets you shift between a more control-oriented and a more power-oriented setup without buying a different racket.
- Full Plane Effect: a technology that optimises the tension distribution across the face for improved control and consistent ball response across different areas of the sweet spot.
Weight, balance and injury prevention
StarVie rackets span the full range from heavy, head-heavy diamond models to light, low-balance round models. The Black Titan and Triton Power sit at the most demanding end. The Polaris, Nyra and Metheora PRO sit at the more forgiving, lower-balance end.
Women generally play best with rackets between 340 and 360 grams. The Nyra is specifically designed for women at this weight range. The Polaris and Astrum+ are also natural choices because of their lower balance and accessible feel.
Men at recreational level are generally well served by 355 to 370 grams. The Raptor+ and Triton Balance are strong choices in this range. Men who play more competitively and want more power can move toward the Triton Power or Black Titan.
The Anti-Vibe system is one of the strongest arguments for StarVie from an injury-prevention perspective. It genuinely reduces vibration at the moment of impact, which lowers the arm load over a long session. If you play frequently and have a history of elbow or wrist discomfort, StarVie is one of the first brands we would recommend testing at our Experience Center.

Frequently asked questions about StarVie padel rackets
Are all StarVie rackets made in Spain?
Yes. StarVie manufactures all their rackets in Spain, which is one of the genuine differentiators in the padel market. This means every racket benefits from direct quality control and the brand's two-decade expertise in Spanish padel manufacturing.
What is the Dynamic Star system?
The Dynamic Star system is StarVie's adjustable balance technology. It consists of an interchangeable star-shaped weight that can be repositioned within the racket to shift the balance point. Moving the weight higher increases power on attacking shots. Moving it lower increases manoeuvrability and control. This allows you to fine-tune the same racket for different playing situations without needing a different model.
Which StarVie racket is best for players with elbow problems?
All 2026 StarVie models include the Anti-Vibe system, which meaningfully reduces vibration at impact. For players with elbow problems, the Polaris, Metheora PRO and Raptor+ are the safest starting points because of their lower balance points and more forgiving character. Avoid the Black Titan and Triton Power if you are in recovery or sensitive to arm strain.
Which StarVie racket is best for women?
The Nyra is specifically designed for women and is the most natural starting point. The Polaris and Astrum+ are also well suited for women at intermediate level. For women playing at advanced level, the Raptor+ offers the best mix of versatility and control.
Can I test a StarVie racket before buying?
