Padel skirts for women

The padel skirt is the most chosen silhouette by women padel players and not without reason. It moves freely around the hips, gives a feminine look on court, and has an integrated inner short that combines all the advantages of a short with the elegance of a skirt. For those choosing between skirt, short or legging the padel skirt is often the first choice.

What makes a padel skirt special

• Integrated inner short: standard in all modern padel skirts. A short fitted under-short that is invisible but provides full freedom of movement and privacy. No more thinking about what to wear underneath.
• Ball pocket in the inner short: the standard location for the second serve ball. Invisible from the outside, accessible from the inside for fast service routine.
• Length: just above the knee to mid-thigh. Not so short that the inner short becomes visible during movement, not so long that it gets in the way on quick lunges.
• Light pleats or A-line: most padel skirts have a slight A-line for freedom of movement. Tight pencil-cut models also work but are more restrictive.
• Fit: choosing the right size
• Padel skirts usually sit on the natural waist or just below. Sizing varies by brand: Adidas runs slightly looser than NOX, Bullpadel slightly tighter. Indoor or outdoor

Padel skirts work for both. Indoor you can choose a lighter weave because temperature is stable. Outdoor in summer a skirt with UV protection covers the upper legs. In winter choose a skirt with longer integrated inner short, or combine the skirt with leggings underneath for extra warmth without losing the elegance.

Care

30 degrees or lower, no fabric softener, dry inside out. Skirt and inner short both have moisture-wicking properties that stay optimal with good care.
